RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Squares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopsquares60@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at shopsquares60@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please request a return first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

If you sell or ship products to customers in the European Union, this section is important because EU consumer protection laws generally require a 14-day cancellation and return period. If you do not currently sell to EU customers, this section is not strictly necessary, but keeping it in your policy can help ensure compliance if you receive EU orders in the future.

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.
